Location: St. Joseph's Hospital, 174 Kinsley Street, Nashua - most meetings in the Carl Amelio Room ... but check at information desk to confirm
Time: 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, from 6:30-8:15 pm
Parents and caregivers of children or adolescents with emotional disorders are invited to attend.
Meetings provide leadership by a trained facilitator who is a family member.
- Support - members share their success and challenges with one another
- Educational Programs - speakers invited to present on different topics
- Advocacy - opportunities to address needed changes in the mental health system

Presenter: Steve Press, Community Council of Nashua
Steve Press is the Children's Director from Community Council of Nashua. Mr. Press is going to help participants understand what behaviors that children and adolescents exhibited that are within the norm, when to seek help and what are the local resources.

Dona Jekel is a founding member of the Asperger's Association of New England. Ms. Jekel will review what is currently understood about Asperger's Syndrome, with a a focus on children, teens and their families.
