Walk 2006-
The 2006 walk committee is holding 3 large planning sessions this spring/summer and would like the input of affiliates, teachers, team captains and walkers. Please come and help in the planning of NAMI NH’s biggest and most important event! All meetings will be held from 5:30-7:00 at the Concord NAMI office, with dinner being provided.
These schedule and topics for these meetings are:
May 3 or 31 – Team Development, Developing Fundraising “Packages”, Incentives, Walkday Registration process, team recruitment. (Date to be confirmed shortly)
June 14- Planning for Kickoffs; Instead of holding general Kickoffs we are hoping to identify the geographic areas that our potential team captains are in, then hold smaller, more intimate kickoffs in these areas.
July 17- Walk Day planning; Looking at what worked and what didn’t, needed changes and hoping to get lots of input from past walkers and team captains. This meeting would focus on laying out the actual walk day events.
Reminder-
Please record calls or emails you receive regarding your affiliate. If you need another copy of the I & R (Information and Referral) Log please let me know. The information from these log sheets is vital to our grant writing.
