Support: Child and Adolescent Network
PURPOSE
- To give focus and direction to the “NAMI NH” Board of Directors with respect to services and supports needed by children, adolescents with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
- To support parents/caregivers of youth with serious emotional disturbances to have a strong voice and role in the decisions and policy making for the New Hampshire mental health system of care.
MISSION
The National Alliance on Mental Illness NH Child and Adolescent Network will collaborate with youth, families, natural supports and providers to:
- Ensure New Hampshire has a family driven mental health system of care
- Identify barriers or obstacles preventing full access to supports and services
- Participate actively in the decision and policy making that affects the direction of New Hampshire’s children’s mental health system of care
- Provide families with current and researched based information and mental health resources
- Support Family Wellness
MEMBERSHIP
“Open membership” to youth and family members, family organizations, providers and other interested individuals.

When: The third Tuesday, every other month, from September to June
