SUPPORT: Information and Referral Service
The Information and Referral Service Center is a service which can be reached by calling 1-800-242-6264 (ext. 40) or (603) 225- 5359 (ext. 40), Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM. You may also email us at info@naminh.org.
A trained information and referral specialist will return your call within two business days, providing you with information, referrals and support. This service is open to all who have questions about or are affected by serious mental illness.
The Information and Referral Service offers:
General Information (non-professional) on illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression; issues affecting children, adolescents and young families; NAMI NH programs (such as Family to Family), NAMI NH Support Groups.
Referrals are given to NAMI NH affiliate groups and other organizations serving the needs of those affected by serious mental illness.
Support is offered by trained volunteers - family members and consumers - who know what it's like and who have "been there".
